Launch Pad
To ensure you get maximum benefit from our coaching sessions, we create a unique Coaching Activation pack for you – this includes reflective, stimulus and readiness activities which serves two purposes:
Clarification around your exact goals for entering into a coaching relationship
Bespoke coaching program design: the information you provide helps us design both the ’flow’ and flexibility of your unique program
Lift Off
During the Launch Pad phase we carefully confirm each coaching sessions up front, and in your schedule - this ensures your program has a beginning, a middle and an end as well as a continual presence to sustain and support you through challenging and busy periods.
Psychometrics
Often, when designing bespoke coaching programs we recommend specific tools to clients in order to achieve deeper self-awareness and insight - which can greatly inform the coaching journey – adding to its richness - and beyond.
Any recommendation is founded upon our deep expertise and experience of using these tools ourselves and with our clients – we only recommend the tool(s) we believe will deliver most value.
