David spent many years in senior Talent Management, Leadership, Learning & Development roles, in organisations such as Boeing, SHL, Thomson Reuters , Barclays, PatSnap, Curve, and Tripledot.

David’s specialisms include executive, leader coaching and development, global talent strategy and development, international program design and event facilitation.

Tammy Day

Tammy Day, a multi-award winning strategic business leader and leadership consultant.

Tammy has led a profitable multi-million pound business as a Managing Director, facilitated boardroom discussions, coached high-profile executive leaders, in addition to designing and delivering large people focused initiatives.

Tammy is MD of her own consultancy, Leadership by Design, and works with Polaris to develop innovative large-scale leadership and talent programs, and experiences, for senior and executive teams and individuals.

Douglas Lines

Douglas Lines is a digital first leader with a successful track record of growing and transforming existing businesses, as well as innovating and commercialising new digital business models - including successfully launching a global start-ups.

Douglas has been enabled by building a design thinking school in collaboration with Duke and Stanford Universities, appreciating the application of new technologies and having mastered business model innovation and cultural transformation practices.

Douglas works with our Soar clients on the most complex, widespread engagements by engaging his extensive global commercial experience in successful delivery of large complex transformations.

Liz Bury

Liz Bury is an insightful people development expert, experienced in global-multinational, start-up and scale-up environments.

Liz spent over a decade at Google, headed up L&D at Monzo and has well as a wealth of experience supporting scaling clients such as Improbable, Paddle, GoCardless and Unbabel amongst others. 

Liz’s passion is helping teams and individuals to accelerate their professional competency and increase their self-awareness through developing emotional intelligence understanding.

Heather Angiolini

Heather Angiolini is an executive assessment and development expert, with over 20 years experience working with many global companies and executives, to identify and develop the human potential in their organisations.

Heather’s expertise also extends across engagement and performance technology, job analysis and competency design, assessment centre creation and delivery.
